Skincare has pretty much been my focus over the last year & today’s post is going to include some amazing vegan and cruelty free skincare choices from Temple Spa. As I’ve not been going anywhere and I’ve not been wearing that much make up, skincare has been my primary focus. Lately however, my skin has also been quite sensitive lately, as I’ve had some eczema and contact dermatitis on my eye so having something that is sensitive is helping.
Temple Spa have launched their My Kinda Skin set which includes everything you may need, depending on your skin type. The three step routine is perfect for people who don’t have time for an 8 step routine, who want to take care of their skin without all those steps, or for people who are trying to figure out what works best for them. So whether you have dry skin, combination skin, spot prone skin, there is a 3 step routine for you. Each kit will come with a cleanser, a toner and a moisturiser tailored to your skincare needs. I have the sensitive skincare, set which includes these 3 beautiful products.

Temple Spa Be Gone Cleansing Creme
I’ve been reaching for this a lot lately, and it is so gentle even on my contact dermatitis, it cleans but doesn’t strip my skin, and the contact dermatitis on my face even feels soothed. The key features of this moisturiser are the fact that it:
- isn’t a solid cleanser (I don’t get on very well with them)
- a little goes a long way
- it isn’t too thick so it doesn’t feel heavy on the skin
- doesn’t make my face feel oily or greasy
- soothes skin
- it is very nourishing
- leaves your skin feeling soft
- melts away easily

If you do have sensitive skin, then I would definitely recommend this to anyone or if you’re looking for a cleanser that is a little more calming on the skin than normal cleansers, this will be your go to.
The RRP price for this on it’s own is £21, which in theory does sound like a lot, however, you get such a lot of product for your money and a little goes such a long way and definitely worth the price for people with sensitive skin.

Temple Spa Toning Essence
I have loved using this lately, because I love the way that it smells and feels on my skin. As soon as I put this on my face after cleansing, I literally feel refreshed. The reasons I have loved using this cleanser is because:
- it smells heavenly
- leaves my skin feel clean and clear
- calming on the skin
- feels gentle on the face
- tones without stripping your face
- feels light on the skin
- perfect preps your skin for moisturiser
As this toner doesn’t have alcohol in it, it isn’t harsh on the skin and feels amazing once you apply it. If you are wearing a mask all day, then this toner will feel so nice on your face! The RRP price for this on it’s own is £16, which is on par with some of my other high end toners, and it doesn’t irritate my skin is the perfect accompaniment to my skincare routine.
Temple Spa Be Still Settling Moisturiser
This moisturiser has been such a god send to me lately. This moisturiser gives me such a boost and a pick me up it really needs. I’ve loved using this moisturiser for so many reasons including:
- how light it is on the skin
- how soft it makes my skin feel
- the way it doesn’t increase oil production
- how quickly it absorbs into the skin
- helps calm any breaks outs I may have
- how it leaves my skin looking dewy, but not greasy
It definitely ticks all the boxes for me and allows me to take the best care of my skin. It is so nourishing on the skin and just an all round amazing product, even if you don’t have sensitive skin. The moisturiser itself is £38, which is quite expensive, however, I think for the price tag, you do get a lot for your money. If this moisturiser sounds like something you really need in your routine, then I would definitely recommend it.
If you buy the products individually, you get a total of £75, however if you buy the kit, you save £10 & get a travel bag with it! You won’t regret buying the kit, you can personalise your needs, and they have something for all skin types.
Have you tried the My Kinda Skin range? Are you interested in trying? Let me know in the comments!

You can’t best Temple Spa, it’s the only thing my mum uses for her skin and she is so youthful it’s crazy! I love the idea of bulking up and buying the whole lot and a little saving is nice!

This is a great review, thank you 🙂 I think that skin products need to be as light as possible for my skin, I’m the same x
Ooo I haven’t heard of this brand before. I really like the simplicity of their branding and packaging. You have shared a great review.

Haven’t tried the range before or even heard of the brand tbh! My skin is really bad at the moment and I’m very careful about what I’m putting on it but I love that you included what works for certain skin types! It’s definitely something I’d look into once my acne has settled as it sounds quite promising!
I haven’t come across this brand before but I agree with you about focussing on skincare during lockdown. My skin is so much better since I’ve been wearing less make up – actually I don’t think Temple Spa is that expensive either, after all, we wear our skin every day so why not invest in it?
Nice products, thanks for sharing

These sound lovely. I definitely haven’t got time for (nor can I really be bothered) to do an eight step skincare routine. I’m all for simple fuss free skincare & these sound like they’re exactly that! I’m terrible as well for thinking cleansers can be expensive, but 9 times out of 10 they always go a long way, so I don’t think £25 is too ridiculous. These sound like some lovely products! And your photography (as per) is spot on!!

It was great to see your thoughts of this brand, as I have never heard of them before. I personally don’t mind spending money on skincare (within reason) because I think it’s to look after us/our bodies. I love the sound of that toning essence as well x
This is not one I’ve tried or heard of but sounds like pure bliss for the skin!
These sound like such a great set and the way you’ve described the products, makes me want to purchase them straight away. I definitely like a quick routine so this could be perfect for me.
Thank you for sharing this in so much detail! All the benefits that you mentioned are super helpful.
