Life is always the biggest rollercoaster, and no matter what, there are always peaks and lows, and there have definitely been more lows than there have been highs as of late. But I’m determined to turn that around, I’m not going to let this stop me from getting to where I want to be, and to not have my anxiety under control.
Having a list of things to be grateful for, is definitely something that has helped me lately. So if you’re going through a difficult time, or you’re just having a down day, then this post is especially for you!

I love this list, especially the little things such as; fresh bed linen and cups of tea in the evening! The things I suppose we take for granted, it’s nice just to sit back and truly think about them. Thank you this has truly brightened my day!

Finding just one thing to be grateful for a day is a wonderful way to smile when all else seems grim. I am grateful today for the wonderful leaves I raked up to enrich the garden bed soil, and the hands I have to write. Most of all, I am grateful for the cool breeze that smells of spring and the yellow of daffodils!
So many small everyday pleasures we can all take for granted here, thank you for reminding us all to appreciate them. Cuddles with my dog are definitely up there for me x

Despite the anxiety I currently feel, I also feel incredibly fortunate to have such a lovely network of friends, loved ones and new neighbors in my life. I’m also so thankful for the blogging community for reaching out to one another and showing so much support. I hope this continues long after the virus passes.

There are so many things to be grateful for, first of all the fact that we are not on a war and we just need to stay in. It isn’t simple but every morning we have to remember all these things, we are alive and this is a gift.

Thank you for the most amazing tips.
It is so important to stay humble and happy and true happiness really comes from the small items.
Curling up with a great book under a big tree with a blanket and a bottle full of a delicious warm drink.
Walking in the night with only the stars as your guide!
Breathing in the smell of the wind in nature.
Mother Earth provides us with an abundance of tools on how to be happy.

I’m also grateful for the NHS since my mum was a nurse who loved her work and they also helped save her when she was diagnosed with cancer. I’m also grateful for you, wifey, since you’ve really helped when I’ve had a struggle so thank you!!

Definitely things to consider during lockdown – love these
Awesome list! I’m grateful my family is in good health, that we have technology to keep us all connected even though Ireland is on full lockdown, and I have creative outlets to keep me occupied during quarantine. Thanks for reminding us of the importance of gratitude.
A really heartwarming read, so good to focus on the positives.
