6 Happy Things From Last Week

Last week I’m pretty sure was a long week known to man, I had so much to do, I tried to be as productive as possible, but it didn’t exactly happen the way that I wanted it to. This week however I’m so determined to change this, make it super productive, take steps to achieve my goals and basically just slay the week, I mean I’m beyond excited to get next week started but here is a little recap of last week and all the good things that happened last week, because it was a super fab week.

1. Clearing my clothes out

I actually cleared out 6 bags of clothes that no longer fitted or I never wore anymore, and there is no point for it to just take up space, so I just got rid of it all. It’s gone to charity and to clothes banks. It took me 3 hours, I’m not gonna lie I felt absolutely exhausted afterwards, but I feel like it was absolutely necessary. Some of the clothes that I got rid of were brand new and all of them were in amazing condition! So therapeutic to just get rid of a load of clothes!

2. Blogger friends

I’m so lucky to have the best blogger friends, and over the last few days especially after my post about confidence wobbles I got such an incredible response and such amazing support from the people around me. It was exactly what I needed, to know that I wasn’t alone, it just made my heart so happy, especially when I’d basically ranted my way through the post!

3. Vego Bars

If you know me, I love a bit of chocolate or more importantly Vego bars, now if you’ve never heard of them and you love hazelnuts and chocolate then you need this bar in your life, it is one of the most delicious bars in the world. I got hooked on them when I tried them in Brighton last year, and now I can’t stop buying them! You need them in your life!

4. Cooler Temperatures

Oh em gee, how lovely has the weather been since the heatwave? I mean I love the warmth but there is a difference between heat and what we had, the fact that it is cooler it means I can wear my jeans again. I feel like I’m nothing without my jeans. They’re my favourite item to wear.

5. Unforgotten

Paul and I have only just got into Unforgotten, little did we know that Series 3 was actually airing now! So we have managed to binge watch all 2 series on Netflix and catch up with Series 3 on ITV Hub. It is so good, I mean the storylines capture you, I mean they’re hardhitting and emotional, but the acting is incredible and I literally adore it!

6. Blogger Mail

I had a lot of parcels to wait for yesterday, I will be doing an unboxing at some point this week – so make sure you’re following me on Instagram (@acurvyvegan) and I was so surprised. Blogging is 100% not about PR samples and blogger mail, but it still surprises me even after this long that companies want to work with me and I’m so grateful for that, I’ve got some incredible brands and I’m going to be sharing all of that on my Instagram this week so make sure you follow!

  • I have to say that I really hope we don’t get a heatwave (our summer is from November to January) because I cannot live without my jeans either. I just had to replace all of mine (they were around 6 years old). Plus, I’m mostly a jeans and sweaters person, so any warmer weather isn’t really for me. I hope it’s going better now? This is my most fav of your posts, when you list things, is it just me, but lists are so much fun to make and read!! ♥
