6 Amazing Things From The Last Couple Of Week

The last few weeks have been amazing for me, and not only that the nights are drawing in, there is a chill in the air and I feel like I’m literally in my element. I’ve practically got all the fluffy blankets, out, I’m ready to dig out the candles, and I’m ready to snuggle down with a hot chocolate and declare that Autumn has arrived. Anyway now I’ve declared the weather and the season, but I’ve had such a lovely couple of weeks, and there have been some wake up calls for myself. So what happened?

1. I Turned 25

Yep I’m officially a quarter of a century. I was so hesitant to turn 25, I mean I know there was no way I was going to be able to build a time machine and go back but I have finally accepted that I’m officially 25. I spent the day with my husband and BB-8, playing Sims 4 and then a dinner with 5 of my favourite people in the world. It was a beautiful dinner and I’m so grateful for that.

2. Time With My Grandparents

I don’t talk about my grandparents often enough, they’re 2 of the people that have shaped me into the person I am today, and not only that they have taught me so much. I love being with my grandparents so much, they tell me stories about my family from years ago, and telling me stories about my dad growing up. They make me smile from ear to ear all the time.

3. Cake.

Let’s be honest when you have a birthday the best bit about birthday’s, the cake! I got spoilt because my mum baked me the most delicious cake that was multicoloured and oh em gee did it taste so good! Not only did I have this cake that was pretty much a unicorn on the inside I also had the most delicious cupcakes from Vegan Antics and they taste absolutely incredible!

4. Suits

Oh my gosh I have fallen back in love with Suits. If you haven’t actually watched it yet, you need to! It’s over on Netflix and you can pretty much binge watch it so easily. Not only that it is quite odd to see our Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle in her role as Rachel Zane, but I love it so much!

5. New PJ’s

Honestly there is nothing better than new pj’s, knowing I’m gonna crawl into bed wearing new pj’s, I mean it is such a lovely feeling. Also they’re cat pj’s, and I’m pretty sure I’m going to try and live in them, if I could wear them out, I would.

6. Getting The Blogging Bug Back

I had felt in such a slump but now I feel like I’m finally getting my photos in check, my creativity in order and I feel inspired all the time. Sometimes just making a change is totally necessary & I feel so much better about my content, about where I am going with my content and I just feel so positive about it all!

Additionally – I Became An Auntie Again

So my amazing brother and sister in law had the most gorgeous little girl Siena, she is so squishy and I adore her so much & seeing one of my other niece’s Bella with her made my heart melt.
