50 Things To Cheer You Up On Your Most Difficult Days

I’ve been so transparent with how I’ve been feeling lately, I’ve been feeling quite low, anxiety has basically been kicking my backside and it has been a bit of a struggle to be honest. However, there are a few things that have genuinely been making me feel better, helping me to cope and just smile.

If you’re having a bit of a tough time at the moment, then this post is for you!

Life is always going to throw curveballs in your way, there is always going to be something that tries to get you down, but it is about how you deal with it. Like I have said lately I’ve been struggling a lot with so many areas of my life, but I do not want to let it defeat me, I want to continue to live my life in the best possible way with the people that I love.

This year has definitely been one of the best and worst years, but I know I can get through it as I long as I just keep going and don’t give up.

People are always stronger than they realise, never forget that. And if you are going through a tough time right now, you are never alone.

This is a great list! I always find that listening to music, reading a good book, or playing a fun and simple game always help me relax and smile. I always end up going to games like Stardew Valley, Garden Paws, or one of my favorite Nancy Drew games.

  • Number 13 is my favorite from your lists. Humour is the key to happiness, weather you’re doing or saying something funny and stupid, or watching standup or a comedy. A good laugh can change your mood

  • It’s amazing how honest you are with how you’re feeling. It helps to know you’re not alone. All amazing things to do. When I’m having a REALLY rough day, I tend to stay in bed because it’s my cozy safe space and watch one of my favourite series (like One Tree Hill) or some inspiring documentaries x
