February Favourites – Products You Need

Now I know I am a bit late with the upload of this post, sorry about that. February finished almost a week and a half ago, however throughout that month I was falling in love with new products, products I already had, and rediscovering old favourites. I’ve got some seriously amazing products for you to lust over and hopefully go and purchase! It’s a mixture of skincare and make up so I am hoping there is literally something for everyone in this, so grab a cuppa, get comfy and get ready to fall in love with some new products!

Freedom Pro Blush Palette In Baked & Bronzed – I picked this amazing highlighter up in the sale for £3.00, and honestly I have fallen in love with it! It is so pigmented, offers such an amazing highlight and not only that leaves your skin looking absolutely incredible! My current go to for an incredible highlight is that bottom shade on the left, it is such a beautiful pink shade, it gives that healthy glow and I honestly cannot get enough of it. The icy white shade is so gorgeous too, I use that on my brow bone!

Too Faced Chocolate Chip Palette – I picked this up at Christmas, in the sale as I wanted a new palette, I think it was like £15 something like that, and I’ve loved it ever since, I’ve done quite a few looks with this palette even though it doesn’t look like it from the photo. I’m quite glad that it doesn’t show how much I’ve loved on this palette! The matte cherry cordial is such a beautiful shade, but the strawberry bon bon which is the shade just above it has my heart. I’ve used it in practically every look I’ve done lately. It’s beyond beautiful! The shades ae so pigmented and easy to blend, it leaves you with a beautiful look!

Vitamin C Detox Facial Cleanser – I recently reviewed this on the blog along with some of the other pieces from their new collection (you can read more about that here) and I loved it! My skin felt absolutely amazing after use, it looked brighter, make up went on better than normal and not only that because I have oily skin, I noticed a massive difference in the amount of oil on my face, it seemed to have helped to control oil production!

The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% Serum – I have very oily and spot prone skin, I’ve been using this since I got it just before Christmas and I’ve loved it so much! It is beyond effective, it has shrunk my pores, it has helped so much when it comes to my break outs – they look less red and prominent when I’ve been using this on a regular basis and used in conjunction with the cleanser, my skin looks brighter and better than ever! This serum is £5, and it’s my go to serum for when I have break outs!

GOSH Blown Away Mascara – I recently talked a lot more about the amazing products that are coming to Superdrug from GOSH (which you can read about here) and this being one of them, the blown away mascara! I absolutely loved this mascara, my lashes have never looked better than when I use this! I am a lover of Too Faced mascara, but this one is the perfect alternative rather than paying £22 for a mascara. This mascara really separates your lashes and the wand is so different to anything I’ve used before as it has 2 different brushes on either side!

Mudd Beauty Liquid Lipsticks – I reviewed these back in January and since then I’ve loved them so much! They’re so comfortable on the lips, the natural berries shade (the one on the bottom) is the perfect spring shade, and the purple herbs shade is a deeper pink/mauve shade which looks so gorgeous on the lips. There are swatches in the review here but the important thing to remember is these liquid lipsticks do not dry your lips out! It’s a win win situation!
