March Favourites – The Spring Must Haves

So I’ve managed to forget to share my favourites, it’s been a busy month. Now we are firmly into April and fingers crossed spring is just around the corner, I’ve got you covered with some of my favourite picks from last month, the products you need, and they’re budget friendly! So here are my top favourites from March, and the products that I’ve tried, tested, loved and they also don’t break the bank! Value for money and amazing products, you can’t really go wrong can you? So are you ready to find out more? Grab a cuppa and let’s go!

Lottie London Ready Set Go Finishing Powder – I’ve talked about this setting powder before in my surprising budget beauty buys post and honestly I can’t rave about it more! As someone who get ridiculously oily skin, it is the perfect to mattify and set your make up, not only that it’s such a bargain!

SophX Make Up Revolution Highlighter –  I got this before Christmas and I’ve been in love with it ever since, it is such a good palette for different skin tones. I forgot I had bought it as I have so many highlighters, but I’ve finally gone back to it and I’ve used it pretty much non-stop! The glow is just stunning and if you’re like me and you want to glow like the sun, this palette is stunning!

Gosh Lip Oils – I’ve actually got 2 shades of these, this one flower essence gives off a gorgeous pinky sheen to it, it’s one of those shades that will be perfect for spring, if you’re going for a dewy look, and makes it perfect for everyday wear! I’ve been using this so much, it hydrates the lips too, it’s a win win situation.

E.L.F Blemish Control Primer – This is one of my favourite primers, I talked about it in my favourite primers post! As someone who gets blemishes often, this one works wonders when I need a little bit more help and helps to smooth your skin for flawless application. Even when I have spots you know it is never going to be perfect but since using this primer, there has been a massive difference, especially with breakouts. I also notice, if I’m having a really oily skin day, it helps, which is such a bonus!

Make Up Revolution Fast Base – If you haven’t heard about this, then where have you been? Make up revolution have been on their game lately with new releases and this one honestly doesn’t disappoint! Now this does give a dewy finish or at least to me it does, but it is such a gorgeous foundation. When I saw a stick foundation I was like hmmm really? Is it going to be that good, so far I am completely won over by it! It leaves my skin feeling amazing, the coverage is buildable and it is super lightweight on the skin.

I’ve photographed it with the conceal and define that I talked about last month for a reason, because in conjunction with the fast base, it is practically the best lightweight yet medium coverage face ever! The concealer had already won me over as I found it to be an incredible product and for £4 who could go wrong? If you’re looking for a cheap base, then this is the one for you!

Have you tried any of my favourites from this month? Will you be trying any? Let me know in the comments!

I hope you try them angel, they’re such incredible products & not only that perfect for the better weather we will hopefully have soon! xxx

  • I’m not really a make-up person… so much that I got a semi-permanent brow tattoo so that my brows wouldn’t need attention 😉 But that ELF primer looks interesting, might mask my rosy cheeks. Then again, most I do is is slap on some BB cream as at work we’re not really meant to wear much make up.

I’ve been so tempted by the Stick Base foundation for ages, but I’ve been waiting to see what other people think of it because I have such dry skin I’m worried that it’ll just cling to my dry patches! But your recommendations are always spot on so I may have to pick it up! xo

Ooh girl I can relate with getting blemishes regularly! I have one of the ELF mineral face primer and it doesn’t work great for me, but I’ll definitely try this one. I desperately want to like their products because they’re cruelty-free ahaha.
