Now we all know I love to glow, from my base to my highlighter my face has definitely got to look like some kind of glowing goddess without looking sweaty – hello combination skin. Anyway I’ve pretty much tried different make up products to give me the ultimate glow and make me look like an absolute goddess from the outside!
Illamasqua Beyond Veil Skin Primer
My biggest bargain in T K Maxx, I got this for about £8, if I remember rightly and it’s been one of my favourite primers ever since. It’s a bit odd to work with if I’m honest, it’s like jelly, but once it is on the skin you skin feels really hydrated and super soft! It clings to anything that you put on top of it and I genuinely love it. I have combination skin so I get very dry parts around my face, but even in my oily t-zone it clings to my foundation, as long as I set it!

Becca Aqua Luminous Foundation
I’ve talked about the Becca Aqua Luminous foundation in my favourites and how I love the way it feels on my skin, it is really light with buildable coverage and leaves your skin feeling fresh and looking dewy. Not the kind of dewy that would make you feel like your make up was going to slide off your face but just super hydrated and gorgeous! It’s such an amazing foundation and it genuinely lasts such a long time on the skin.
ELF Dewy Setting Mist
I’ve been using this setting spray constantly and not just because I absolutely adore the way it smells but the way it leaves my skin feeling is amazing! I always notice my make up lasts a long time with it, but also I love the scent! It smells like coconuts and always reminds me of going on holiday or being somewhere really warm!
B. Flawless Filter Concealer
Another product I’ve only been using for a few weeks and I love it! It is such a creamy consistency and melts into the skin leaving you looking amazing! It does give more of a matte finish, but it does leave your skin looking amazing and using the setting mist it does make it look more of a demi-matte finish rather than a full on matte and it is super affordable!
Bare Minerals Invisible Light Setting Powder
Finally we have the setting powder, I have been using the matte one a lot however I have genuinely fallen in love with the glow powder, it is so light on the skin and leaves your face looking like a glowing dream. It’s really light on the skin, super natural and really helps to keep your make up in place!
ELF Beautifully Bare Face Palette
The ultimate bargain face palette and it works wonders, the highlight is absolutely gorgeous and melts into the skin, and even the blushes are super buttery and smooth. They don’t pick up on any texture in my opinion and all the shades are really easy to work into the skin. This is exactly what I need when I’m in a rush on my way to work.
Superdrug B. Radiance Powder
I have always raved about Superdrug make up, I genuinely think they are such amazing value for money and you can’t go wrong, however I’ve only been using this for about 2 weeks and I love it so much. When you swirl your blush brush around all the colours seem to blend to leave you with the gorgeous shimmer all over your cheeks and you just look like a glowing goddess with this powder!
Those are my ultimate products for getting dewy skin and it actually lasting! Let me know if you love any of these products!

Elf products are wonderful and affordable!
The Bare Minerals one sounds amazing. Actually, a lot of them do. I need to master my highlighter/primer this year. I’ve got a couple but I’m not great at getting into a routine with them at the moment – definitely should now the weather is brightening up. Great range of products here.
I love that Elf palette for subtle glowy looks too x
I get all my makeup from Superdrug and love their B range and ELF. I have to order ELF online though as my local one doesn’t stock it. I have just started using the Revolution ranges too.
I’ve been wanting to try a setting spray so may give the ELF one a go.
Thank you
The jelly primer sounds interesting xx
I’ve never tried any of these products but the elf dewy setting mist sounds like a dream. My skin is really dry so a lot of setting sprays don’t work for me, I’ll have to give that one a try. Great recommendations x

I’m so into glowy skin for once!
these all look wonderful – haven’t used ELF in a while but it used to be one of my faves!
I always hear really good stuff about ELF, but as i dont wear makeup, I might get some for my sister to try out.
As my beauty and makeup products are running out, I”m really starting to think about what I’m replacing them with in terms of cruelty free / vegan. There are so many great products out there I think we could all be a little more aware of what we’re buying!
