How My Passion Planner Helps Me Stay Organised

My Passion Planner has helped me to stay organised and on top everything in my life. I’m also a massive fan of stationery, so when I find stationery that helps me to stay organised, I will absolutely buy it. I saw a few bloggers and YouTubers rave about it so I thought, why not let’s go for it, hone my planning skill, take the plunge and get organised.

I feel like this diary has genuinely changed my organisational habits and is the best goal orientated planner.

Why A Passion Planner?

I’ve tried a few different planners over the years, but this is the one that has really stuck with me. I feel like there are a few reasons I’ve enjoyed this one more than most:

  • layout is simple and easy to follow
  • has 30 minute time slots that help me to schedule my meetings
  • high priority items that need to get done
  • monthly plans
  • monthly reflections.

Not only that, the quality is absolutely amazing on these planners. I’ve been trying lots of different pens on these pages, and even with the brush pens, there is no bleeding or feathering.

If you’re like me and buys excess amounts of pens, then you can have faith in the fact that basically any pen can work in this passion planner.

The above is one of my very first layouts when I was just starting with my calligraphy so it’s improved since then!

My Passion Planner literally allows me to plan my week out, things that I need to do and also allows you to customise it the way you want for your own needs.

I tend to have a column that is colour coordinated it by time, and then some additional notes at the side for what needs to be done.

Why you need a Passion Planner?

If you’re like me, have a memory like a sieve, and you need some additional support planning your day out this will work wonders for you. This planner also allows me to break down what I want to achieve into smaller goals.

My passion planner honestly gives me the direction that I need, I feel like sometimes we all really need that structure and I feel like the Passion Planner gives that to me.

It also allows you to put your own stamp on the pages, you can be as create as you want to be or if you just want to plan your days out, then you can.

How I use my Passion Planner

As you can see above I add to do list, I will put the highest priority items at the top that I need to get done, and then slowly work my way down. Anything that isn’t a priority I’ll put at the bottom and highlighter.

I also add a happy list to Sunday so I can create a wonderful gratitude list, so when I have a really bad day I can look back and feel grateful of everything in my life. Here are 50 simple things to be grateful for today.

The Passion Planner is £30, and I feel like it is absolutely worth it.

  • Oooh I love the look of this planner! It looks like it keeps you so organized as well as giving you room to write other bits and pieces down, too. I love the front cover as well!

    Hi Amie,

It’s refreshing to see that there are still some people that are a little ‘old school’ with their planners and opt for pen and paper rather than an electronic device. And I love the concept of a ‘happy list’ on Sundays – excellent!

  • I love the sound of a passion planner! As life has started getting busier again, I’ve started noting dates down more than I usually would so this is right up my street x

I love the sound of this. I’m constantly trying to figure out new planners, ways of staying motivated and organised etc. This looks gorgeous, and the fact that you find it works is great.

Love the new look to the blog as well, by the way!

  • I love how you’ve customised it with washi tape, it looks so pretty.
If I’m honest, I need something like this – my mind is like a sieve too.
A Happy List is a great idea, so often I can only remember the bad things.

I haven’t come across a Passion Planner before but I’m glad to hear it’s worth the buy. Definitely sounds like it’s full of benefits too. Great post 🙂

  • Love how this planner looks! I always find it difficult when they just give you a blank day, so the time blocks would be very helpful! Will check it out x

  • This planner is gorgeous and the aesthetic of the pages is very attractive. I use a digital planner for the ease of being able to move things around as needed, but if I was to get a new planner this one would be my choice.

  • I love the look of this! I love that the day is broken up into hourly slots. I bet it makes things way easier to plan and tick off the to do list. I don’t know how useful it’d be for me with Amelia, as our days can often be quite unpredictable, but I’m here for the organisation!

  • I do love a new planner, I must admit my current planner is a mess what with so much going on. I clearly need a new one with a more productive and relevant layout. Thanks for sharing.
