These are all such useful ideas – I really find as Autumn starts to draw in I really need to make sure I take time out to look after myself. Decluttering things is high on my list at the moment, because I feel totally weighed down with how crammed full my house feels!

YES YES YES!!!!! Self care is soo important, thank you for bringing some brilliant ideas to light 😊
I find decluttering SO helpful when I’m feeling really stressed out! It somehow lifts a huge weight off my shoulders when I chuck lots of items that had just been gathering dust for years (or donating it to a better home). Reflecting on good things is super handy, too. Thanks so much for all of these ideas!
Wow such a long list! Plenty of great ideas here, thanks for sharing.
These are really great ideas, I’m all for self-care in 2020! Decluttering is also one of my favourite things to take care of the environment around me.

These are great tips, Amie! I think winter/darker mornings and nights are going to be harder this year, with everything that is going on. I much prefer the spring and summer months because of the longer daylight we get. I think I would always go for the pamper option to help, like getting a bath, doing a face mask and lighting a few candles. Also settling down with a good book or Netflix show to take my mind off things.
Thanks for sharing!

So many amazing tips here and such great variety. My favourite things to do are either switch off from social media and read a good book or take some time for a long walk or to get out of the house and do something social like dinner with a friend x

Self-care is so important and this is certainly a great post, with loads of amazing and helpful suggestions! The one about writing a brain dump is just my favourite though, I always feel so much better if I can let things go and write them down. Much better putting things on paper for some reason. Great post, thanks for sharing x
This is a fantastic list of self-care ideas! My favourite self-care thing to do is to take a step back whenever I start feeling low in mood or energy and I’ll relax by reading a book, watching a feel-good movie or taking a bath or nap. Always perks me back up! 🙂
These are great ideas! All too often we forget to do things like having a good dance to a cheesy song, or writing everything down but they’re such lovely ideas for self care, which is so important. Love a good bath, candles & move evening to myself! Becca x

There are a few things on this list that I haven’t tried doing, and am going to do so. Great post ! xx

I love this! For me, definitely having a space to declutter is really important and having my area around me sorted because that makes me feel in control of things. At other times, it’s making the point of self care which is the needed thing. I’m not great at really focusing on myself though so I love the ideas you’ve highlighted here as different things to try. Great post!
