I am a sucker for haircare if I am honest, I am not allowed to go into Boots or Superdrug because I normally come out with something new and it is very annoying because I already have so much. Lately though I have been having a bit of a clear out, products that I don’t use anymore, or products that are out of date (I’ve found so many) and I’ve found some amazing products that I genuinely find myself reaching for more often.

Noughty Colour Bomb Shampoo*
As someone who does use a colour on my hair, looking after my hair is even more important just to look after the colour more and keep it looking as vibrant as possible. I’ve been purchasing a lot from Noughty ever since I tried them, and their products are some of the best quality. I have noticed that my colour last longer, it doesn’t fade and the shampoo smells absolutely gorgeous which is an added bonus right?
Noughty Tough Cookie Conditioner*
I’ve been trialling this one out since I received it in the post and I have been so impressed with it! Firstly I love that it really does nourish your hair and I love that it really does smooth my hair down. I noticed once that I continued to use it, my hair does feel a lot stronger and my hair feels much happier!
If you are looking for a conditioner that is going to leave your ends feeling a lot happier and if you are also the kind of person that uses a lot of heat on your hair, this will help to leave your hair feeling stronger too.
Maui Moisture Blow Out Mist
I absolutely love this mist, I have talked about it before and how much I love it, but I continue to use it so much. If you do struggle with weak hair, this is such a good product for you. My hair tends to get a lot weaker in the summer months mainly due to the sun damage and in the winter the cold basically attacks my hair, but I love using this because it really helps my hair to look thicker, more revitalised and stronger!
Maui Moisture Weightless Oil Mist
I have actually used this before but it leaked (because I accidentally broke the top) but I have loved this. I use it especially when my ends are super dry. It gives my hair the added hydration that it needs more than anything and it is also one of those products that doesn’t leave my hair greasy. I do struggle with the fact that my hair gets greasy really quickly, but this really doesn’t make my hair greasy and I love it!
It is also a product that doesn’t weigh your hair down and that is exactly what you want from a product!

Umberto Giannini Blow Dry In A Bottle
I have raved about this for about a year and a half now. If you’re looking for a product that allows you to create the best blow dry, then this is the product for you! It gives your hair such a lift and it is also one of those products that leaves your hair looking really shiny and healthy. I’m a sucker for a beautiful blow dry if I’m honest.

Cake Haircare – The Thick Trick
If you are someone that struggles with flat hair, then you will love this. It is a little bit to get used to as I am not the kind of person that uses a foam like formula that often on my hair, but I really like this product. It gives your hair this amazing lift, and it looks thicker without making your hair feel crunchy or unmanageable. It is a gorgeous product to use and super easy on your hair.
Cake Haircare – The Gloss Boss
This is your glossy, shiny hair best friend. If you are looking for a product to refresh your hair after without washing it then this is the product for you! I have loved using this on my hair mainly because I don’t have to worry if I want to change my hair style about spraying heat protection on it because the product already has protection in it and it leaves your hair looking gorgeous. If you’re someone who really loves the shiny look then this product will definitely be for you!
Have you tried these products? Are there any on your to buy list? Let me know in the comments!

I’ve had my eye on the Maui hair care range for absolutely ages and have heard so many good things about their products! I want a ‘luxe’ shampoo and conditioner to use as a treat, and I think this is the range I’ll end up buying from.. 😍
I’ve not heard of the Noughty products but they sound great, I have coloured hair and I’m always looking for ways to help it last.

I’ve never tried any of these before though I’d seen Umberto Giannini in Boots a few times! I love the sound of Noughty since I’ve been looking for a decent shampoo and conditioner to sort my hair out! Thanks for these! <3
Wow, these sound like great products! I’ve been looking for a new shampoo and conditioner, and these sound great!
I’m a huge fan of the Noughty Tough Cookie range, I love it! x
This post could not have come at a better time! I’ve been struggling with my hair for years, it’s so flat and thin, but this summer it’s felt like it’s been breaking a lot more. I colour my hair too, so products to protect that are hard to find. I use Orofluido’s shampoo (although I buy the giant salon bottles off amazon which last me ages), but I’ve been stumped trying to find anything that will give me more volume and which actually works, and things which protect my hair. I spent 20 minutes in Boots yesterday just staring at the shelves. I will definitely be looking into the Cake haircare products, and the Maui Moisture to look after my ends without getting my roots even greasier (they don’t need any help with that!)
You’re a lifesaver. Thank you so much!
I love colourful products, they always catch my eye and I always want to buy them! These sound like great hair care range! xx

I had no idea that Umberto Giannini were vegan friendly! I really like the sound of the Maui Moisture Blow Out Mist, my hair suffers a lot in the winter months so I think I’d find this really helpful x

I’m always looking for new things to add to my haircare routine, recently even got a hair mask too. Anything to keep my hair healthy 🙂 That’s awesome to hear the shampoo is scented, can’t get any better than that! I haven’t heard of these products but they sound like a dream for hair, may just have to put them on my buy list to trial them myself!
I love shiny hair and The Gloss Boss sounds like something I could give a try. Thanks for sharing. xx
Such a colourful packaging! I would love to try those mists by Maui! Sound just like what I need for my dry hair. Love how vegan products are really coming through nicely. Thank you for sharing these products with us! x Ain
I always find the most amazing vegan products through your blog and I always trust your opinions so it’s awesome to have your posts as a little resource whenever I need some recommendations! Thanks for sharing as always lovely xx
I have heard good things from the Maui brand, and the packaging looks nice too. I used to always use Umberto Gianni travel size products when travelling, they smell amazing, don’t they?
Will have to check a few out on your list. I must admit that I love Lush shampoo bars, but they tend to leave a bit of a build-up, so I may have to add a new shampoo to the mix.
Thanks for sharing!

Ooh, I’ve been meaning to try Maui! I’ve seen it in boots and my housemate uses it, really want to try and get some good zero waste hair products but the ones I’ve tried don’t really wash my hair well enough sadly <3
The Quirky Queer
oooh i must try Cake haircare! I’ve never heard of them until now. And I defo struggle with flat hair. The thick treat sounds perfect for me and so does the blow out moisture mist, sometimes my hair needs that oomft at the ends.
This post is so useful. I am looking for healthier things for my hair that are cruelty free so thank you. I have used noughty before but haven’t seen the others before! Thank you for sharing. You have shared some beautiful photographs!
Hi, I haven’t tried any of these products. I use solid shampoo, vegan and zero-waste ;).
I haven’t heard of any of these before but I love the sound of the conditioner. I dye my hair too and have been looking for one that will keep the colour longer. “The Thick Trick” sounds like a great product too! I suffer from terribly flat, thin hair.
I didn’t 100% get on with the noughty conditioner but I may have to try it again
I’ve been looking for some new hair care products darling so thank you for sharing these, I’m going to check them out. 💜

I didn’t know they had so many! I’ve also never heard of any of these brands lol I was vegan years ago for a time and while I’m no longer vegan, I do enjoy choosing items that are cruelty-free.
Thanks for recommendations!
I’ve used Umberto Giannini before but not Noughty, nor Maui and I’m very intrigued by the Maui Moisture Weightless Oil Mist. This sounds perfect for my frizzy colour treated hair and its dry ends – thank you for the recommendation! x

You have so much haircare! I am impressed. The Noughty Tough Cookie Conditioner sounds really good, I’ll see if I can get my hands on that. Thanks for sharing 🙂
I use the Noughty shampoo and conditioner and it’s one of my favourite cruelty free brands! 🙂 <3
