Eve Period Tracker

Eve Period Tracker Review

I think it is so important to keep up to date with when my period should be, but also with how I am feeling. I think it is so important to be able to understand what is going on with your body but also to keep track of when you might be on your period & of course fertile days if you happen to be trying for a baby.

Over the last 13 years that I have been having periods it has always been whenever my body tells me like intuition, however since I started my recovery for my mental health sometimes my period and when it is supposed to be can be all over the place. This app is like having a positive friend right at your finger tips, it doesn’t ask anything of you, it supports you through some of your most emotional times.

So what is Eve by Glow? Well it is a period an ovulation tracker which means that you can add in your symptoms for example if you are feeling bloated, cramps and headaches that you might be experiencing during your cycle in general. Not only that it allows you to track things like your workouts, how heavy your periods are, whether you have had sweet treats, salty snacks or a little tipple of alcohol.

I know this is my body just reacting to my medication and that is okay, however I have found it incredibly important to document when my period is so I don’t end up worrying that I have missed a period.

I remember once that I got myself into an absolute state one time because I thought I was pregnant, not that I wouldn’t have loved that child, however I wasn’t in any fit state to look after one, I could barely look after myself, let alone this beautiful baby. I made my husband get a pregnancy test because I was 14 days late. I was not pregnant, it was my medication.

I have used many apps like this one in my time, however, this app is the easiest and helps me to understand my period more than I ever have been able to in my life. Not only that it helps me to understand what my body goes through with my emotions and it lifts me up when I need it the most.

I have officially got control over my body because I know what is going to be happening. It is one of the greatest feelings in the entire world knowing that I am in tune with my body and it is made much easier with this app.

Not only that I feel like I have become period positive. I have always been ashamed to have a period and that it made me feel dirty which in all honesty is the furthest thing from it, it is a natural and beautiful thing. I am learning to embrace my period every month as a blessing that one day I will be able to give my husband beautiful children. I embrace every emotion as it is my body’s way of telling what is going on which I think is important to teach younger generations.

There is an incredible community which is right at my finger tips, it’s a beautiful app which allows me to communicate with other fabulous people who use the app. There are a variety of topics that a person can respond to, meet new people who talk openly about a variety of subjects and honestly it makes my heart so happy that people are opening up more!

Fancy downloading this fabulous app? Type in Eve and it should come up! I’d love to know your thoughts, leave your response in the comments!

You’ve just convinced me to get this app 🙂 Like you I’ve always been ashamed about my period, but an app like this really helps you to embrace it. My symptoms can vary so it will be good to track and make note of what’s happening each month to give me a sense of control. Great post – I hardly read any blog posts about periods (maybe some people see it as risky or taboo?) so it’s really refreshing to hear advice about something that we all go through.

Yay! I’m so excited for you to try this! I love this app, it’s fabulous, and not only that it helps me to embrace my period. I totally understand the risky and taboo kind of thing, I was quite worried about posting this, but then I remind myself that it is something women go through, we shouldn’t be ashamed!?

I currently use a period tracker app but it only tracks the current month, so I can’t see whether my cycle has been regular etc. over several months previous! I really want to check Eve out! Thank you for sharing this, periods shouldn’t be a taboo subject, I love reading about them being discussed so openly!

You really should, it is a wonderful, it is one of the best period apps I’ve found and it gives you an insight into your periods which sometimes is so needed!?

This looks like a great app. My periods have always been all over the place since I started them so I’ve never found an app that works properly. They always ask for the average length of your cycle etc when you’re setting up. Not helpful when you don’t have an average. ????
I’ll definitely look in to this app a bit more. ????
