10 Ways To Have The Best Day Ever

10 ways to have the best day ever

As it has been well documented on my social media, I have had a few tough weeks to put it mildly. However I am definitely going forward with my lie, I’m not going to let my depression get the best of me, because I deserve to be happy and so do so many people. I like to be as positive as physically possible, and sometimes there are things that get in the way of that but do you know what, that is okay, life isn’t perfect, but here are some ways you can have the best day possible.

So I thought it would be an amazing idea to write a post about the ways people can have the best day ever.

So now I’ve done babbling, what are some of the things that allow me to have the best day possible?

Friends are the best things in the entire world, they lift you up when you’re down, not only that they are one of the greatest support systems you will ever have! They allow you to vent, be yourself in every way possible and just support you through it all no matter what happens. I’m so grateful to have the best friends in the world who understand me.

Working out

Working out literally starts my day in the best way, it makes me feel so good after, the endorphins make me feel incredible! If I’m angry or if there are any negative feelings I just leave them all in my workout and just move forward with my life!

Making someone smile

I love making others feel good, it is one of the best feelings ever especially when you know you’re the reason behind someone’s amazing smile. So when I see someone down, or they’re struggling I love to be able to make them smile and to be able to bring them some joy like they do to my life.

Spending time with loved ones

I love spending time the people I love! They are the most wonderful people in the world, and being able to spend time and make memories with the best people is just the best feeling in the world. They make me so happy I mean I just feel so grateful to have the most wonderful people in my life.

Blogging makes me so happy, and it allows me to express myself and my feelings and I have found it is just so therapeutic. Being able to type, write my feelings, share my thoughts and most importantly be myself, my corner of the internet is literally my sanctuary.

Find people to inspire you

I love being inspired by the people around me, and it is one of the most wonderful feelings in the world, I have so many people around me who inspire me to be a better person and to never stop reaching for my dreams. The people within the blogging community never fail to make me up my blogging game!

Help others

Helping others is the most wonderful thing in the world, we all have times where we are struggling and we need support, but it is important to appreciate everything that happens in life. Give to people who need the help, and focus on the people that do need your help and support in your life.

Have quotes to inspire you

Quotes are fabulous things to remind you of little life lessons, I have them personally in my bullet journal and in my room because it helps me to remind me of quotes that just keep me going! Sometimes you just need some supportive words of wisdom to keep you going through your day!

Have a positive thought first thing in the morning

By starting off with one positive thought in the morning it can really help start the day with a positive. Positive starts – positive days – positive week – positive life!

Enjoy your life

When you enjoy your life, life all of a sudden becomes more beautiful, it becomes a beautiful place to be and you just enjoy everyone moment of your life. You are the maker of your life, you are the one who can make memories, achieve your dreams and everything, enjoy it!

What are the things that you do to create a great day for yourself? Leave your response in the comments!

This post was so adorable to read! It’s tough when you go through dark times but there’s always light at the end of the tunnel. I try and make sure I’ve got one good thing to look forward to everyday (even if it’s small) and that way when I wake up I think about that instead of other things I’m unhappy about!
