6 Products I’ve Loved Over The Last 2 Months

*Contains PR Samples

Over the last few months I’ve ben trying so many different products to help my hair and my skin during lockdown. So I’ve put together a few favourites that I’ve enjoyed from some of your favourite brands including, Drunk Elephant, Umberto Giannini, Skinny Dip, Botanics, Ark Skincare and Hourglass. So here are my current favourites, and why you need to try them.

Drunk Elephant Wild Marula Tangle Spray

I bought this at the start of lockdown because my hair got so tangled and I was struggling to brush it out. Since buying it though, I’ve noticed a huge difference, especially in how quickly the knots detangle once it goes onto your hair, and also the difference in the amount of frizz I have. My hair looks more tamed without making it feel or look greasy, made it easy to put a brush through my hair and my hair looks much shinier. It is definitely a product that I’ve loved using and will continue to use!

Umberto Giannini Thicker, Fuller Hair Tonic * (previously gifted, but repurchased myself)

I have a lot of hair but it is quite thin, and I’ve been using this a lot since I worked with the brand, and I love the way it makes my hair look and feel. This really does add so much volume to my hair and not only that it doesn’t leave my hair feeling crunchy, sticky or looking greasy, so it is an absolute wonder of a product. If you’re looking for a product that will look after your hair, help boost the volume and density, then it will be your favourite product ever.

Skinny Dip Just Peachy Body Mist

I love this spray so much, I’ve been using this product for over a year, because I love the way it smells. It is honestly so fruity and lasts so long on the skin, it is one of those fragrances that just makes me feel like summer. I’ve been wearing it while in lockdown because even though I can’t really go too far like I normally would this time of year, I can bring the summer vibes to me. And it is super budget friendly too and you can buy it from Boots. If peach isn’t your fragrance, they also have a melon fragrance or coconut.

Botanics All Bright Hydrating Night Cream

When I was last in Boots I saw that their range was vegan, it was on offer s thought I’d give it a try. I have combination skin that is prone to spots and since using this I notice that my skin feels incredibly soft and is glowing. I also notice that it also doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy either and just absorbs quickly into the skin. If you’re looking for a night cream that is hydration, non-greasy, light on the skin and leaves your skin feeling amazing, then this will be a cream you would love!

Ark Skincare Skin Perfector*

I wrote a post back in April on my thoughts on the whole Ark Skincare range and by far this product is definitely my favourite. I have been using it religiously and I have noticed such a difference in my skin. Spot scarring on my face has reduced, my skin looks and feels healthier, and you can feel it working on the skin, not in a painful way, but you can feel it sinking into your skin without leaving your face feeling greasy. I mix this in with my favourite moisturiser (I’ve actually used up my moisturiser from this brand) and let it work it’s magic. Even though it is more expensive, yoou only need a few drops mixed in with your moisturiser.

Hourglass Arch Brow Volumizing Fibre Gel

I really love a good brow gel, I have this in clear, and even though I have very full brows already, I love how this gel keeps them in place. Not only that it feels nourishing on the brows, ass with some gels I feel like they try to stick your brows together and leave them feeling crunchy whereas this one honestly leaves your brows looking very fluffy and leaves your brows looking natural and defined.

These are my top favourites from the last 2 months, have you tried any of these products? Let me know in the comments!

Love little posts like these, thank you for sharing.

My hair is always such a tangled mess, so I rely heavily on an Aussie serum to make my hair shine but, the drunk elephant product sounds great. I might have to give it a try after payday. I’m completely drawn in by their lovely and simple packaging too.
