How quickly is this year going? I mean we are now in August and before we know it, we are literally going to be preparing for Christmas. Anyway, lately I have been trying so many amazing products and I’ve bought quite a few new products (especially some new releases) so I’ve got some gorgeous products that I’ve been loving lately. Are you ready to fall in love with lots of new that I’ve loved for my August Favourites?

Cake The Thick Trick
I had seen this brand all over social media, and as soon as I saw it, I new I had to pick a few bits up. I have only picked up 2 things, I haven’t picked up any of the shampoo and conditioner yet, only because I have so many at the moment, I don’t want to waste it.
I have lots of hair, but it can be quite thin, so I’ve been using this for a while and I love it. It does exactly what it says on the bottle, it isn’t sticky and it gives your hair this gorgeous lift without making it crunchy or drying your hair out! I am so impressed with this product and well worth the purchase.
Cake – The Gloss Boss
I am all about the shiny and sleek hair, I want my hair to look sleek without it feeling like my hair is being weighed down or greasy, I want it all. The spray is so nice on my hair and really light, leaves your hair looking shiny without being greasy and also really helps with frizz. I’ve definitely noticed a massive difference since I started using this product.
Urban Decay Stay Naked Foundation
I recently talked about this in a post, but I genuinely cannot stop raving about it. It is such an amazing foundation! I like a foundation that can give me coverage or at least build coverage without making me look cakey and doesn’t feel heavy on my skin.
With my combination skin I definitely struggle, however this foundation has changed the game for me. If you like a medium and buildable to full coverage you will love this foundation.
I have been building this foundation to full coverage when I need it or I genuinely feel like having a more full coverage day. The shade range is a little confusing at times because there are so many different undertones, but there is definitely something for undertones to props to UD for that. You can read all about my first thoughts on the foundation here.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Glow in Peach Fizz
Did I need another highlighter, I mean yes. My husband might disagree, but I saw this in T K Maxx for £9.99 and I honestly couldn’t leave it there. I love how this highlighter blends in you can either make it super blinding or you can have a more subtle glow, for me personally I want to look like the sun has glazed my face so the more the better. This liquid highlighter doesn’t break down my foundation, it just melts into the skin.

E.L.F Jelly Flush Blush in Peach Pop
I’ve recently talked about this range from E.L.F and I love it, I’ve been reaching for this blush so much lately! There is such a gorgeous shine to it, but if you don’t like blushes that glow, then this may not be for you. It melts into the skin and I’m just so impressed, and it is £5, I wasn’t expecting to like a blush so much, but this one is like heaven in a tub. To see swatches, check out this post here.

Urban Decay Brow Blade
I’ve seen so much hype about this online and I was like do I really need to invest in it, is it worth it? As soon as I saw it was on Logical Harmony as vegan I was like, yep I need to buy it. It definitely has not disappointed me. I am very lucky to have ridiculously full brows anyway, but I do have some sparse areas, so I using this has really helped to fill in those sparse areas and make it look really natural.
The ink end is really easy to use, just make sure you are very gentle, and with the pencil end, it is just a super nice pencil to use. I love how my brows stay absolutely perfect too! Well worth the money I paid!
Have you tried any of these products yet? Let me know in the comments!
