My Current To Be Watched List On NowTv

Recently I decided that I was going to get NowTv. I was a spur of the moment kind of thing, and I’m not the most spontaneous person in the world, the thought of being spontaneous actually makes me very anxious, however I really fancied giving it a try. There are some amazing programmes on NowTv, and I had never really given it a chance. So what is on my current to be watch list?

Nurse Jackie

One of my friends at work actually recommended this to me, and I’ve heard some really good things about the programme just in general. It’s about an ER nurse whose addiction to painkillers puts her marriage, friendships and career in jeopardy. There are 7 seasons of this show, so I have a lot of catching up to do!

Game Of Thrones

I pretty much feel like I am the only person in the world to not watch it at all. I have managed to avoid all, all the spoilers. My husband loves it, my boss watches it and really enjoys it and he is the only one in our office that watches it. So I’ve decided to take the plunge and at least give it a go. I mean it’s got to be worth all the hype hasn’t it?

Chernobyl 

This was one of the first things Paul and I watched on NowTv, it has only just started on Sky Atlantic so we played catch up, and I’ve got to be honest it was such a harrowing watch. The fact that it was only 33 years ago is absolutely heart breaking. If you don’t know the story behind it, it is all about the Chernobyl nuclear disaster that happened and following the families. I’ve got to be honest it isn’t for the fainthearted, it’s tough, but it is really well done.

The Handmaids Tale

I wanted to read the book before I watched the programme, and I finished the book not so long ago and I could finally give the programme a go. When it was on TV originally I didn’t watch it for that reason, however now I have read it, I’m really enjoying the show. I mean in a lot of places it is a really difficult watch, it’s so hard to watch but I can see why it got so many awards.

Big Little Lies

I’ve heard so much about this programme, I’ve seen it pretty much everywhere and people raving about it. I haven’t actually started it yet, but I’ve read all about it and it sounds right up my street. It’s all about 3 mothers who seem to have the most perfect of lives and they seem to unravel to the point of murder.
