The Perfect Coconut Products For Summer From Bilou*

Summer is right around the corner, and hopefully we will have a beautiful summer. Well here is to hoping but we can never guarantee with the great British weather. Anyway, lately I have been trialling the coco cocktail range from Bilou, now I’m pretty sure I am the worlds biggest fan of a coconut scent. It reminds me of summer, it is the perfect summer scent and not only that it is beyond refreshing. So what did I think about this range? Did I love the coconut scent? Was the range any good?

Now I’ve never used a foam before so I did wonder whether it would work and normally I use a gel or a cream but this really surprised me! As soon as it came out the can it didn’t require any work to build a later like you normally would with a gel or a cream. The one thing I really love about this shower foam was the fact that it is was so gentle, it was so soft on the skin and the scent lasted so long on the skin – I mean who wouldn’t want to smell like a coconut all day? I know I certain would love to – and I can with this shower foam.

One thing you should note is the fact that a little goes such a long way, I can pump a small amount out of the can and I can do most of my body and it leaves my skin feeling absolutely incredible!

Onto the 2 in 1 body spray, now I’ve never used a 2 in 1 spray before so it’s a whole new world of sprays for me to be honest! Not only is this a body spray it is also a deodorant, I did wonder how well it would work because I’m always really sceptical about how well a 2 in 1 product would work but honestly it stood the test of time. I wore it on a really hot day and it kept me smelling and feeling fresh all day long.

The scent was long lasting but not over powering. The last thing you want is a scent that is completely overpowering, but the balance of vanilla and coconut is absolutely incredible. One thing that makes this body spray so amazing, is the fact that you can carry it around all day and leave your smelling like summer all of the time.

Each of these products are £3.99 each, do I think they’re worth it? 100%. Not only are they cruelty free, they’re vegan friendly too! Like I’ve said before people automatically assume that cruelty free and vegan means expensive, but there are amazing alternatives including  these from Bilou right in your high street stores!

I’m definitely going to be trying more from their range, including the donut range, because to be quite honest that sounds like another slice of heaven to me!
