Neek Skin Organics – The Eco Friendly Brand You Need*

As a vegan and cruelty free blogger, the rise of vegan beauty has made me so happy. More than ever before brands are cruelty free and vegan friendly, not only that they’re a really good price point too! Neek Skin Organics are a new brand to me, they’ve just started selling in the UK as they’re an Australian brand, they should also be a brand that you need to invest in. They have an entire range of vegan, cruelty free and organic range. So what do I think of these lipsticks, are they worth the price?

So let’s take a moment to appreciate the packaging, it is a bamboo case which is just stunning and not only that it stands out against all other lipsticks, and the best bit? It’s recycled packaging, which makes me super duper happy! So onto the actual lipsticks…

Onto the lipsticks themselves, they’re absolutely gorgeous shades aren’t they? First you have Come Into My World and secondly you have Pash.

Come into my world, is a pinky/coral nude that looks slightly blush/orange toned lip colour, and it is just so beautiful on. It’s perfect for an everyday lipstick, it’s easy to wear and would suit a lot of different skin tones. I have very fair skin and it really does work well for me!

Pash has quickly become my go to shade, I absolutely love it so much! It is very much a pink shade with a mauve hue to it, and on the lips it looks absolutely amazing. It’s another one of those shades a bit like come into my world where it would suit various different skin tones!

Onto the formula, now I am super fussy with my formulas when it comes to lipsticks, however, this formula is honestly incredible! I get very dry lips a lot of the time, but this formula was honestly so comfortable. It was super soft on the lips, it wasn’t a drying formula and was very much a creamy consistency and went onto the lips really easily. Even when I took the lipstick off at the end of the day my lips felt very nourished, it was like my lipstick was a second skin.

In terms of how long it lasted, I used a lip liner underneath, and this lasted me pretty much all day, the only bits that wore off were when I was eating and drinking, which is natural and it will wear away because you’re drinking but it was easy to reapply.

Onto the price, each lipstick is £15.99, which might seem expensive, however for what you buy it is actually really good. You get a lipstick that is good to your lips, is kind to the environment, uses recycled packaging, is chemical free, paraben free, sulfate free and all of the bad stuff free and nourishes your lips. It’s an amazing investment. If these 2 are not your kind of shades, well there is something for everyone on their website and I guarantee you, you will fall in love with them!

You can purchase your own from the Neek Organics website now!

If you’re looking to the new skincare that Neek have bought out, I’d definitely recommend you reading Sophie’s review, I know I will definitely be purchasing some as they sound like something my skin would absolutely adore! Not only that if you’re on a budget they’re mid-range in their price point!

What do you think of the lipsticks? Will you be buying them? Let me know in the comments!
