Let’s Have A Catch Up Shall We?

Well it’s been a bit of a while since I’ve done a life update and I really haven’t been online that much either. Between social media and my blog it’s bee pretty much a black out. However if you saw my Twitter post the other day it said I had some big news. As someone who basically shares their life online, not sharing something with the people I adore can be really hard I guess. I’ve got so many changes coming up in the next few weeks, I’m nervous, excited, emotional, grateful, basically all of the above and then some.

So just to get it out the way no I’m not pregnant. Nowhere near. I’m actually going back into full time employment.

My blog means the absolute world to me, it has been one of my greatest outlets and it’s not going anywhere, I’m not giving it up, it’s just going to need some changes and some tweaks.

It is something that I’ve wanted to do for about a year now, sometimes being a blogger can be quite isolating, it can be super lonely and I’m honestly not the greatest when it comes to isolation. I go into overthinking mode and that is basically not a mode that any form of an Amie wants to be in. Not only that though it gives us so much more security.

Paul and I are saving for our house, moving out and eventually we will want to have children. Not straight away, but eventually. I am so excited. I’ve actually been in my job for a few weeks by the time you read this, but I’m loving it. The people are amazing, the job is new and something I’ve never done before, but I’m up for the challenge.

Besides that, over the last few weeks, I’ve definitely been trying to get more and more done, I’ve been trying to keep up with all things blogging, remember to get 8 hours sleep and try to cut my caffeine intake down. Mainly because if I drink too much my headaches get so much worse. The struggle is real, I get super grumpy without my caffeine intake. Send help.

Anyway, so that is basically my news, I am so sorry that I haven’t been online, I do feel guilty about that, but by time I get home, I basically just wanna cuddle my rabbit, inhale my food and sleep.

Right now though, I am genuinely so happy, even though I’m more tired than ever but I couldn’t be happier. Good things come to those who work hard and wait.

So my schedule is probably going to change, but I’m not going anywhere.
