This is a seriously personal post to me, because I’ve had a lot of negativity recently and it has been bloody awful. So I’m trying to be positive and be happy and use my blog to express myself because it really helps me to get everything out in the open. As most people will know I’m plus size, I’m not the skinniest person in the world and I’m well aware that but do you know what I’m working on it, I’m working on making sure I’m healthy and that is the important thing. The worst thing is when someone makes you feel like you’re less of a person because of your size.
I’m aware that I’m not going to please everybody, I know that, and most people probably think I’m unhealthy (fyi I’m not I eat so much fruit and veg I should probably look like one) I have all things like chocolate in moderation but do you know what I’m healthy. I don’t look it but I am. Never judge a book by it’s cover people!
To the trolls and the douchebags who feel like it is okay to hurt others,
Bringing someone down doesn’t make you a better person, it’s not big and it’s not clever. Honestly. If you’ve ever been put in a situation where people feel the need to knock someone down about the way they look, their personality, or just general characteristics that is just wrong and completely unfair.
I’ve been told to die, stop eating, you name it I’ve had it because I’m plus size! I think because I put a lot of my life online people feel the need to comment, I have a pretty thick skin but do you know what it’s not necessary.
Just because people live their lives online doesn’t mean you have a right to comment.
A little reminder for the people who might have experienced crap like I have:
You’re beautiful, you’re gorgeous, you’re talented, you’re kind, you’re caring, you’re honest. Don’t let anyone ever make you feel less.
You might not love yourself everyday, but do little things to show your body it is beautiful, and that you care, remember you only get one body and it’s a fabulous one.
Have you ever experienced something like that? Let me know in the comments!
