Aaah the weather has been absolutely horrendous this week already hasn’t it? So I thought I would brighten up your day with a review about this gorgeous highlighter palette from Barry M! I’ve been trialling it basically since I got it because I just couldn’t hide how much I adored it, especially when I saw it! I’ve done multiple different looks with these 6 different shades to see what works the best and what I personally like the best on my skin. Like what you see, then grab a cuppa and read the entire review of this stunning palette!
In this palette there are 6 different shades with 4 cream highlighters and 2 powders. I have used a cream highlighter previously and I absolutely adored it because it seemed to have more staying power than a normal powder (I do use a setting spray but am yet to find one I really really like.) However I really liked how soft all 6 of the highlighters were on my skin they felt absolutely beautiful and didn’t clog my skin at all!
The thing I loved the most about these highlighters is they give such amazing coverage and you can build it as you go! Not only that you can mix them really really easily. For example on my cheekbones I really loved mixing together the shade in the top left with the silver powder shade in the middle. It gives you such a beautiful glow almost like unicorn glitter.
The beautiful bit about this palette is you can make your highlight as bright or as subtle as you like! Personally I like to make sure I glow like the sun so this palette makes it so much easier to do that!
The bronze shade in the top right I use as a subtle contouring shade because it is quite a dark shade on me where I’m quite pale, so it works quite perfectly on me!
This palette is £7.99, you get 6 incredibly pigmented shades, so I personally believe this is incredible value for money! They work so well & are so easy on the skin! I’m absolutely in love with this palette!

Oh I didn’t register at all that this was a Barry M palette when I saw it on your instagram! Love Barry M at the moment, I’m just getting into their make up after using their nail products for forever. This looks lovely, might have to try it out! Another fan of the strobe cream sticks here too, they are great – as is their cream contour stick.
