A Weekend Away In Brighton Photo Diary

If you’re following me on social media you will know that my husband surprised me a about a month and a half ago with a weekend away in Brighton. Brighton is our favourite place to go, mainly because it was the first place we went together. The food, atmosphere and just everything is perfect for us, and let’s be honest it is literally the vegan capital, so I am in my absolute element (of course!) I thought I’d do a little photo diary, but also give you some places where you can go to get some fabulous food (aka my favourites) because we have been to so many places in Brighton!

If you’ve not been to VBites in Brighton, what are you doing? It does some of the most delicious food, and their breakfasts are to die for. We had the full English, it is all vegan friendly, and this breakfast literally trumps everything. Don’t think I’ve ever had a more delicious full English. It is really easy to get to, here is the link online so you can find out more yourself!

Purezza was somewhere we found on the of chance, but honestly their pizza is probably the best pizza I have ever tried and their tiramisu was probably the tasted thing to ever hit my lips (along with the salted caramel brownie ice cream obviously!) For what you get though I was actually amazed at how good the prices were, the food was good, the atmosphere was amazing and not only that the people were fabulous.

One place we did eat but didn’t get photos from was Earth & Stars, it’s a little pub that does some absolutely delicious food, they do a mixture of vegan friendly food along with meat so if there is a group of you it’s a good place to go! They have a massive variety of vegan beers too! To find the pub click here!

We literally had the best time ever, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone because there is something for everyone!

Been to Brighton? Where have you eaten that you loved? Got any recommendations? Leave your response in the comments!
