So I have long talked about my love of healthy living and not only that I love the fact that there is just so much I can experiment with! The fabulous thing about having things like acai powder is the fact that you can add it to so many different things and you’re not limited. That isn’t even the best bit of it, the best bit of it is, it’s ridiculously healthy for you and has so many benefits for having it in your diet!
So I have never tried acai powder ever in my life, however, I absolutely adore berries in general so I was seriously interested in trying this! So I am going to be answering all of the questions that you might have about this amazing powder!
What does it taste like?
I have found that this tastes quite refreshing and it has a faint berry like taste. What I have found however it does sometimes have a little smell of chocolate which is perfect for if you are having cravings for some amazing chocolate.
I have absolutely adored the taste of this, especially because I have found that it tastes fabulous, it’s not too strong so it overpower any of the food that you put with it, whether it is fruit of vegetables in a smoothie/oats/nice cream.
Is it easy to use?
Definitely! There are lots of ways in which you can use this, for example, I previously did a recipe for vegan nice cream, and you can easily add the acai berry powder to it. If that isn’t up your street, you can easily add it to things like smoothies, any baked goods that you might be doing because it is that easy to use!
Value for money
Now when you’re using this powder you honestly, do not need a lot or at least that is what I have found. Not only that you still get the most amazing taste even with just a little bit of the powder. Overall thoughts of my trial
I absolutely adore this amazing powder, I have found that it is so versatile for a variety of different things, and not only that, I have found it gives me so many different benefits. I have found that my skin is looking clearer, I feel like I have such an energy boost when I have this with my breakfast! It’s like it totally fuels my workout especially when I need it the most. Acai has high levels of calcium and I think as someone who is vegan my family tend to worry that I don’t get enough calcium so this is an amazing way to make sure I am getting enough calcium in my diet!
