Fitbit Charge HR Review*

2016 is the year where people are looking to get fitter and healthier for the new year, who has that resolution this year? To do this you might look at getting some fantastic tech to help you with your health and fitness journey, and to be honest there is a lot of tech out there that you could invest in, one in particular is the Fitbit. Fitbit do a variety of different tech options to suit not only your budget but also to fit your needs but today I will be talking about the wonderful Fitbit Charge HR which I have had the privilege of test driving.

This was the gorgeous Fitbit that I test drove. Isn’t it absolutely beautiful? This fabulous piece of tech is definitely something that I has helped me to understand how many steps I am doing, but not only that to understand what is normal for my heart rate. So are you ready for the review?

Easy To Use?

Honestly it is ridiculously easy to use, there is a really straight forward button on the side of the watch which allows you to see how many steps you’ve done, what your heart rate is at that moment in time, how many floors you’ve climbed, how many kilometres you’ve walked and how many calories you’ve burned. The fabulous thing about this is the fact that it is easy to sync to your smart phone and the fabulous app is really straight forward too. With the app you are able to track your food intake, so if you are counting the calories then you can track everything through that. It also tracks your water intake so if one of your new years resolutions is to increase the amount of water you drink, this is a fabulous way to help you step up your water game.

Is It Effective?

Definitely, I have found it is incredibly effective, especially during my workouts! I love being able to track my heart rate it makes me aware of what is going on and how hard I’m pushing my heart during my workouts, but also what my heart is doing when I’m resting!

Pros Of Using A Fitbit

You get challenges which you can sign up for to go against the people that you’ve connected with on the app and I have definitely found that it motivates me to reach my goals!

It tracks everything from your workouts, to your steps, sleep including the quality of your sleep, water intake, food intake, weight tracker and it helps you to be accountable.

Easy to understand dashboard and inviting friends to your user.

Goal orientated.

Value For Money

A Fitbit Charge HR is £120 and honestly it is fantastic, it might sound like a lot of money, however, it does so much for you, it helps you to keep track of everything fitness related. It comes with everything that you need, no added extras, you get exactly what you pay for, which is brilliant for a product! I’m completely over the moon with this gorgeous tracker, I recommend them to everyone!

Buy your own fantastic Fitbit from Debenhams here it will be the best purchase that you will make this year!

It is really easy darling, honestly, and I think that is so important when it comes to having technology. I’d definitely recommend this one!?

I have the fitbit flex and do like it, but the lack of a watch bugs me, so this would be a better one for me really! The vibrating alarm is definitely what keeps me wearing mine though!
