This week has been a crazy crazy week I’ve been really ill, my migraines have been so bad it’s ridiculous, my stomach is killing me for some reason it isn’t liking food at the moment and my workouts haven’t been up to scratch but let’s be honest, I have an amazing husband and this weekend I am actually celebrating my first wedding anniversary! Oh my god who thought I would be saying this 6 years ago? More about that later, I will be sharing the love a little bit more before I talk more about the celebrations
I have seen so much love, negativity on social media and honestly it makes me so sad, surely instead of dragging each other down, causing arguments and generally being negative we should be supporting each other, bringing each other up, making someone else smile and celebrating when someone achieves something. We can get a lot further by sharing the love rather than spreading negativity.
This week I start off with my incredible friend Kelly from TheVeganTaff she is such a sweetheart and she has given me such strength at time when I don’t feel particularly strong and she can always put a smile on my face!
Sian from Sian-Kathrine has been one of the most incredible people, she is my soul sister, the other day I needed a power playlist to get me through some writing (basically I needed a boot up the backside) and Sian told me to listen to Mcfly & Busted, now I loved them as a kid and we both loved the same person growing up! She is my sistaaaa!
My girl Mica from Mica from MicaDay is someone that has always bought a smile to my face, I met her at the bloggers meet in July and literally she has been angel ever since, she and Danie (who is equally fabulous) from SpikedBlackTee have been my squad girls, gosh they’re the best!

That is one of our first pictures together, I was so happy it was ridiculous, who would have thought that those 2 would have been together nearly 5 years and married for 1 year? I can’t believe how quickly the year has gone too, it feels like yesterday Paul and I said happy new year to each other to start our first married year together, but as I am told by everyone around me, the years go quicker and quicker.
I miss my wedding day so much, it was and will always be the best day of my life, it was a beautiful day, and an absolute dream come true, we got to spend it with some of the most incredible people in the world, who supported us through so much, and it was a day I will never forget. Paul I love you more than anything in the world!
