As children we all wrote down what we would love to do for a day if we were invisible, maybe as a child you wanted to be able to go to the sweet shop and eat lots of sweets, or maybe you wanted to play tricks on your parents. Even as an adult I would still jump at the chance because honestly, wouldn’t it be amazing? I’d probaly just wanted to sleep all day long (living the dream) or do you want to try something new like a new hair colour, or a set of new glasses, or go into all of the rooms that send ‘No Entry’ because I want to see what’s behind the door, either way there are lots of things that people might want to try and do.
One thing I would absolutely adore to do though is to swim to the deepest part of the ocean, swim around the fish, sharks, whales, take photos of the secrets of the deep, swim to an unknown island and discover now animals, see the beautiful colours coming to life & documenting this fabulous new place.
As we grow up we mold ourselves into the people that we are, what we like, what we don’t like, what we look like for example eye colour, hair colour, our sense of style etc and we have all of this technology to document our lives on, so social networks like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, these are all places where we are showing the world who we are and trying to reflect our identities.
Being invisible can also give you the chance to take a step back, see the people around you rather than just seeing through them through your busy day, see a persons emotions, see the type of person they are, see that person properly. It gives you a chance to see another person’s daily lives, to have some time to think and to be able to sort some problems out in your life.
Have you ever thought about what you would do if you could be invisible? Leave your comments, I’d love to hear from you!
